Work will begin in April 2011 on extending existing drifts on the 1000 and 1100 mineralized structures of the Tiriganiaq deposit at the Meliadine Mine and extracting a bulk sample. This is approximately 150 metres of drift on each level in permafrost. Mobilization of the gear required for this project was completed in September 2010 for storage over the winter.
