Kitsaki / Procon Joint Venture is a contract mining, milling, and construction business that is involved in the development of gold properties in the La Ronge gold belt. The joint venture partners of this business include Kitsaki Management Limited Partnership and Procon Mining & Tunnelling Ltd.

Kitsaki Management Limited Partnership performs the for-profit economic development activities of the Lac La Ronge Indian Band. The band is comprised of six communities: Grandmother's Bay, Hall Lake, Little Red, Nemeiben River, Stanley Mission and La Ronge. Kitsaki seeks to obtain majority interests in a business with a highly motivated entrepreneur or a strong corporate partner such as Procon Mining & Tunnelling Ltd. They then work with that partner to maximize profits, employment, and training opportunities.

Kitsaki / Procon has negotiated a general services agreement with Golden Band Resources Inc., a publicly traded business that owns a number of gold properties in the La Ronge area. Initial developments include an exploration shaft and the refurbishment of the Jolu Mill with the potential for actual gold production late in 2008.
