Civil Tunneling Superintendent (Hard Rock)

Requirements: Reporting to the Area Manager, the successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, extensive civil tunneling operation experience, be a proven problem solver and an excellent communicator. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years’ experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing manpower requirements, coordinating area operational plans and schedules, in addition to implementing corporate/project policies, procedures; all the while working with the client’s management to provide a safe, efficient and quality service while meeting production goals.
